Welcome to the Nursery

 We have two nursery classes with 26 children in each, Mrs Caithness and Mrs Watson in nursery 1,  Mrs Sinclair and Mrs Downey in nursery 2.  Our nursery has a well equipped indoor and outdoor area with lots of exciting activities to explore and investigate.

 Nursery Day

 8.40 – 9.15am  We welcome our parents and children to the nursery ready for the busy day ahead.

 8.40 – 11.00am  Free play including healthy snack.

 11.00 – 11.20am  Tidy up and circle time.

 11.20 – 12noon  Outdoor play (whatever the weather!)

 12 .00 – 12.45pm Dinner followed by brushing our teeth.

 12.45 – 1.00pm Language activity

 1.00 – 1.20pm Outdoor play

 1.20 – 1.30pm Story time

 1.30 – 1.45pm Hometime

 Our busy day goes by very quickly and both children and staff are ready for a rest!

 Handy Reminders

 Dinner money and Nursery fund should be brought to school on a Monday in a named purse.

 Library books are borrowed on a Thursday and returned on a Monday.

 All important information will be displayed on the parents notice board.
