Just before we broke up for half term we had a none uniform day in school. Some of the proceeds of this day were given to year 2 children in order that they might fill shoe boxes for children who don't get much at Christmas. We thought about what the children might need or want and packed 26 boxes (13 boys and 13 girls) in all to be sent off to brighten up a child's Christmas morning.
