What a fantastic trip we have had to Castlerock Beach!
The children were so excited to get on the train, ready to begin our journey!
We made our way down to the beach and got to work making our sandcastles.
Just as we were packing everything up the rain had started but it didn't last for long.
We were so hungry and ready for our packed lunches which we sat and ate altogether in the hall.
To finish off our day we had a play at the local park before making our way back to the station for our return journey home.
The children were a credit to themselves and we were getting lots of lovely compliments from other adults that we passed along the way.
It's safe to say everyone will sleep well tonight with all that sea air!
