Our recently elected School Council members had their first offical appointment on Wednesday 15th November at the Guildhall as part of Derry City & Strabane District Council's Local Democracy Week.
We were told about the history of the Guildhall, met the mayor, Patricia Logue, took part in fun competitions, and listened to great information about climate change and a debate about a 'Car-free city centre'.
We also took the opportunity to meet up with our Shared Education School - Holy Child.
Thanks to everyone at the Guildhall for making it was a wonderful experience for all!
